San Jose City Employees from Happy Hollow Park and Zoo and City Hall

Duration: 8 weeks

What: Intensive and iterative design process beginning. Teagan and I led the team through creating a question or frame, sparked inspiration through analogous explorations, facilitated brainstorms, taught user interviewing techniques and helped the team prototype new experiences for Happy Hollow Park and Zoo.
